Tasting Note: Grenache Blanc and Macabeo fermented without skin contact. Pale yellow with subtle greenish tones, clean and bright. Floral, citric, balsamic, aniseed, honey notes on the nose, with hints of pastry and dried fruits. Glyceric and unctuous wine on the palate, with touches of toast and pastry, all supported by a good acidity that makes the wine longer and fresher.
Winemaking Notes: From 50 year old vines in the municipality of Marça, clay and limestone soil. 12 months of ageing in barrels, on fine lees and with continuous ‘bâttonages’.
