Tasting Note: Deep garnet with violet rim. Powerful and intense ripe fruit aroma. Reminiscence of spicy and smoky notes that enhance the taste of Monastrell. Well balanced and round tannins. Winemaking Notes: Hand harvested at the optimum time. Fermentation and skin maceration for 15-20 days at a controlled temperature no higher than 28°C. The fermentation is carried out in a jacketed stainless steel tank that allows constant temperature control.
