Finca Bacara HI and Time Waits For No One 6M offer Monastrell / Mourvèdre-labelled starting points. Time Waits For No One 6M 2022 has ripe-fruit, spice and smoky notes, with barbecue and braised-meat matches described on its bottle page. Check each release’s own notes when choosing between the Four Elements labels.
The El Goru range adds several blends. El Goru 2023 lists Monastrell, Syrah and Petit Verdot, with four months in American oak. El Goru 18M 2018 lists Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon, while 38 Barrels 2018 also lists Syrah. Their grape mixes and ageing details differ, so compare the exact bottle rather than assuming the label names describe the same wine.
