Tasting Note: Made from grapes grown on the Karikari Peninsula. This hand-harvested Merlot reflects the varietal character from our unique location in the Far North region. Dark forest fruits with liquorice, leather and plums, a full palate with warm, inviting tannins on the finish – a gentle and fine texture. Pair with barbecued meats. Drinking well now with a cellar potential of 5-8 years.
