Domaine de la Solitude Côtes du Rhône Rosé 2025

Tasting Notes: A delicate pale rosé with salmon-coloured hints. The nose is floral and expressive, with notes of wild strawberries and exotic fruit. Fresh and rounded on the palate, with pink grapefruit, lively acidity and a long, elegant finish.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested at night and pressed directly after picking. Following settling, the must is fermented with natural yeasts in concrete tanks at 18°C. The wine is then aged on fine lees for four months.

Varieties: Cinsault 60%, Grenache 40%
