“Fresh, floral and ripe red fruited bouquet. Scents of cherry and red apple, some strawberry and wet pebbles lead to a satin textured palate with flavours that mirror the bouquet. Crisp and dry with super fine tannins delivering a velvet texture. Contrasting acidity adds a crispness carrying the flavours across the palate. A lovely example with best drinking from day of purchase through end of summer 2025.” – Cameron Douglas MS

“Splendidly delicate and refined, the wine shows nectarine, lemon pith, flint and white floral aromas with a hint of ripe strawberry on the nose. The palate delivers fine flow and excellent focus, wonderfully supported by vibrant acidity, finishing linear and mouth-watering. Certified organic. At its best: now to 2025.” – Sam Kim

“Certified organic, the 2022 vintage is a blend of Pinot Noir (83 per cent), Pinot Blanc (9 per cent) and Pinot Gris (8 per cent), estate-grown at Rapaura and lees-aged for six months. Bright pink, it is fresh and medium-bodied, with very good vigour and depth of peach, watermelon, strawberry and spice flavours, gentle yeasty notes and a crisp, fully dry finish. Drink now-2024.” – Michael Cooper

Tasting Note: Our Rosé is a lovely salmon hue in the glass. The wine has a nose of white blossoms, red apple, and wild berries. On the palate it is vibrant and juicy, finishing with a gentle spice and refreshing length. This is the perfect wine to keep chilled and ready to share with summer fare and friends.

Winemaking Notes: Pinot Noir (83%), Pinot Blanc (9%), and Pinot Gris (8%) were harvested together on the same day from our Orchard vineyard. The grapes were gently pressed, and the free run juice was settled overnight before being racked. The juice was inoculated with an aromatic yeast strain and undertook a long, cool fermentation. Afterwards, the wine was aged on light lees for 6 months with a light filtration before bottling.
