Tasting Note: Ozyetra is a selection of spectacular barrels out of Pechstein. Like MarMar, this wine is incredibly complex and concentrated, with great tension and length. Noble reduction, grilled lemon, fine oak. A very special wine! Spontanenous fermentation in 500L barrels, left on the gross lees for 24 months. Dry – 1.3g/l residual sugar.
