Domìni Veneti

Domìni Veneti is the premium expression of Cantina Valpolicella Negrar, rooted in the historic heart of Valpolicella Classica in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy. The range reflects a deep connection to this distinctive landscape, where hillside vineyards, native grape varieties and generations of local winemaking tradition come together to create wines with a strong sense of place.

At the heart of the collection are the classic grapes of Valpolicella, including Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella. These varieties are used to produce a range of styles, from bright, approachable Valpolicella through to the greater depth and structure of Ripasso and the richness and complexity of Amarone.

A defining feature of the region is the traditional appassimento method, in which selected grapes are carefully dried after harvest to concentrate flavour, texture and aroma.
