Tasting Note: Straw yellow. Rich foam, very fine and persistent perlage. Beautiful intensity on the nose with notes reminiscent of white flowers, notes of hazelnut, yeast and a nice and crunchy green apple. Full and warm flavours also confirmed on the palate with a dry end of citrus fruit. Ideal as aperitif or in pairing with a fish and vegetables tempura.
