Crisp, dry and quietly complex, this is a highly versatile white suited equally to aperitif drinking or the table.

Crafted by winemaker Hayden Penny using minimal intervention techniques with a strong focus on vineyard expression and purity of fruit. Produced from organically farmed vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, with careful handling throughout fermentation and élevage to preserve freshness, texture and natural balance.
