Choosing Organised Chaos wines
Syrah and Gamay Noir
Organised Chaos Syrah 2023 comes from north-facing limestone hillsides at Paki Paki. Its notes describe a light, fragrant, fruit-forward red intended to be enjoyed chilled. Fermentation with indigenous yeast and maturation in stainless steel accompany this fresh style. Compare it with our wider Syrah collection.
Gamay Noir 2023 comes from Two Terraces Vineyard in Mangatahi. Whole bunches underwent carbonic maceration before pressing into stainless steel. Raspberry, plum and spice notes, fine tannins and fresh acidity offer another approach to a lighter red. Explore our Gamay selection for related bottles.
Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir Pet-Nat
Organised Chaos Chenin Blanc 2024 is a dry, textural white with citrus, pear and stone-fruit notes and green-apple freshness. It provides a still-white contrast to the reds; compare it with the broader Chenin Blanc range.
Pinot Noir Pet-Nat 2023 is a sparkling rosé. The wine was bottled before fermentation finished, creating its bubbles in the bottle, then disgorged. Its notes describe stone fruit, strawberry and a sherbet-like freshness. Browse our sparkling wines or compare the individual bottle pages for their winemaking details and current availability.
