Winemaking Notes: Best’s Sugarloaf Creek Vineyard, 50/50 Dalberti and Hutton blocks . Handpicked, aged in new and old large format French and Austrian oak, 100% whole bunch, wild fermentation, unfined and unfiltered. 500 litres total production.
