Read each release’s own tasting notes rather than treating all Alsace Riesling as the same style. Cerisier En Fleurs 2023 combines Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Muscat. Its notes describe spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel and less than 2g/L residual sugar, making it a useful contrast with the single-variety wines. Our white blends collection offers more combinations to explore.
Pinot Noir or sparkling?
