Closerie Saint Roc Bordeaux 2016

Tasting Notes: A mature and refined expression of Closerie Saint Roc, showing black cherry, cassis, dried rose, violet and fine leather, with savoury notes of forest floor, earth and gentle spice. The palate is silky and composed, with integrated tannins, mineral freshness and excellent length.

Winemaking: Produced by the Amoreau family, whose roots in the Libournais date back several centuries. The fruit is hand harvested and naturally fermented, then aged slowly with a minimal-intervention philosophy to preserve purity, texture and terroir expression. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Certification: Organic and biodynamic practices.

Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon.
